Nonprofit Services

Steps of H.O.P.E. focuses on community support, scholarships, and education. Donations are non-refundable and used strictly for advancing our nonprofit mission. Regular updates and financial accountability reports are provided.

Referral and Loyalty Programs

Participation in referral or loyalty programs is subject to specific terms. Rewards, points, and incentives are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be redeemed within designated timeframes. Fraudulent activity will result in disqualification.

Payment and Refunds

  • Financial Services: Payments for life insurance, mortgage origination, and other financial products must be made directly to the provider per their terms.
  • Tax Preparation and Other Services: Payments must be made upfront unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Refunds are discretionary, except where legally required.
  • Nonprofit Donations: Contributions to Steps of H.O.P.E. are final and non-refundable.
